65 Yrs Old

I had extra rolls, exercise wasn’t working. Decided to try cool sculpting. Went in for a consultation, they said I was a great candidate. They were able to get me in the next day. I also had the second part of the procedure the next day. I was told I would see results in 8-12 weeks. I did not see results. Went back and I was told to wait a couple more weeks. Still no results. 6 months later, still no results. I asked fore other a refund or to have the procedure again, free of charge. Linda told me she would check and get back to me. She didn’t, I finally called her. She said she was working on it. She would call me. No call back again, she said that a new representative would be in and she would check with them. That was in December 2017. I have still not heard a word from them. I’ve called and left message, have not had any calls returned. Clearly this is very unprofessional. I’m thinking the procedure is a scam and I’m out $4000.00. Not a happy client. I continue to relate my experience with whomever I can.
