I was desperately low wanting to feel feminine & whole again when I first met Elena & her team at Southmead Bristol.Even though the surgery has been on going most of 2015 it has been so well worth it.Reassurance I wouldn't be discharged until happy & content with the results, which I am, is comforting.

She listened to me & took onboard my needs, explained each procedure to be performed making sure I understood & was comfortable with all that was going to happen.After my 9.5hr operation she still found time to have a quiet word with my husband to let him know all was well.
