Full on Makeover - Southlake, TX

Dr. Obaid is a friend of a friend and has such high reviews, how could I say no when making my choice for a surgeon? I think I made the right decision. His demeanor is wonderful and he has a way of making you feel calm. He definitely had his work cut out for me but took his time and that was no understatement. I had a complete overhaul. I will start with the top - Breast lift with augmentation, tummy tuck (which includes lipo of nearby areas), additional lipo of outer and inner thighs and last but not least fat grafting of the buttocks. This was not a BBL as most would think. I had cool lipo done about 7 years ago by a doctor that over sculpted the outside area of each buttock. I hated it and Dr. Obaid was able to use the fat from my lipo and give me back my former round derrière. I was in surgery for about 9.5 hours according to my family that waited patiently. That alone made me realize that this guy is a perfectionist. Yes, I was a mental and physical mess for about 6 weeks but the staff was there to help every step of the way. Melissa is the patient coordinator and she goes above and beyond. I can honestly say, she is ready to help no matter what time it is. The rest of the staff is so friendly and really try to put you at ease especially with all the post op photos. As for my results...There are days where I am in love and days where I am thinking, is that it? Well, I am still healing and each week I feel and look a little different. All part of the process. I am going to wait 1 year before posting before and after photos just because I think it will take me that long to really see the final results and be able to share that with the rest of you. This takes patience and positive energy. Give it all that you've got.
