Have lost a lot of weight this last year and unfortunately lost a lot of volume in my breast. Went from a 36 DDD to 34 DD. Decided to go witth 550cc sailene implant under the muscle to gain back some volume. Was considering a lift but decided against it and got larger implants then I would have with a lift.

Thanks for posting. I have been trying to find more B&A pictures from ladies who passed on the lift and chose to increase implant size instead. Please keep us updated with your progress. Would love to see more after pics!!!! Thank you.

Absolutely! That's exactly why I decided to document mine! I had a hard time finding reviews like that and also finding women that had a good amount of breast tissue to begin with.

Thank you so much. I am always looking for more proof that implants without lifts can be option for those of who flat out are against the Lolipop scarring and are more into the natural look. Thank you for agreeing to post more pictures. I'm very excited to see the results!!!

They are dropping pretty quickly and has left me with some bruising in between. All in all I think they are turning out great!
