Boob Job. Worst Decision of my Life.

I went to Dr. Mark E Mason in Southlake, TX. To make a lONG story short, I experienced problems with my breast implants and got them removed 1 year later. Now I have a deformity that is the result of IMPLANTATION (not implant removal). One of my creases is now 1.5 inches higher than the other one. Can I sue?! Im being completely serious. My boobs looked so much better before I got surgery and I'm out 12000$

I was an AA before my breast augmentation. I wanted boobs so bad- so I got them. I never really thought twice about it. Well I started experiencing health problems shortly after that I ended up connecting to my implants. I got an explant 11 months later and long story short, my surgeon who put the implants in- made a mistake. He made the incision in my muscle 1inch higher than he should have... and now I have a deformity. I'm wondering... can I sue him?

Well his staff was rude and this surgeon gave me a deformity. Would NOT recommend. Dr. Mark E Mason did beautiful work on my breast augmentation. However, my low rating is based on the attitude of his nurse, Ms. Kelli Pressley (whom will be your point of contact in case something goes wrong). His nurse is very helpful- until things went wrong. I actually started having issues with my implants very early on. I don't think this has anything to do with Dr. Masons method of placement, as I personally feel its a problem with the implants themselves. Anyways, I would email the nurse and ask if "this" and "that" was normal. She eventually stopped responding to my emails. A few months later I emailed her and asked if she could please give me the code number for a medical test to check for silicone antibodies, and she would NOT give it to me. She said if I wanted the name of the test (which I already had.. I just wanted her to verify it so I knew the correct test was ordered by my primary care physician) that I had to come in for an exam. I told her that at this point, with the problems I was having that I was going to remove my breast implants no matter what Dr. Mason said about a given exam. We had already concluded that my schedule wouldn't even correlate with Dr. Mason's schedule (I work and go to school full time and the only days I can see him are days he's in surgery). I did not ask the nurse to break any protocols... she just would not help me (by simply verifying I had the correct test#), and ignored a lot of my emails. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. You should go to a facility that is caring and helpful before AND after the procedure. If you consider having work done through Dr. Mason's team, consider something goes wrong down the line, and his staff treats you the way they treated me. They didn't care about helping me after they were paid and I think thats unacceptable. I never leave reviews for anything- but I made the exception for this experience because I am so very displeased with how I was treated by the nurse.
