Love my ta tas! I have been working out diligently for past 5 weeks and have not had any issues with my implants. I have worked every muscle group except for chest but will probably do light chest workout in a few weeks. See pictures for progress.
6 week follow-Can workout again!!!
Went for my 6 week follow up this last Wednesday. For the most part the hypersensitivity has really subsided, my breast have dropped some but still a little more to go and will get softer in time as well. Dr. Mason approved me to begin working out and to gradually increase the intensity over the next month. Curling 3-5 pounds sucks!!!! But I am going to do whatever Dr. Mason says because he is truly the best! I am in day 2 of working out and just bought my first non-surgical bra. It's really nice high support nike sports bra, I wore it tonight at the gym. It kept everything in place with little to no movement. $65 at Luke's Locker. I have mainly just done the stairmaster or treadmill at low speed and an incline with light weights. Also I have been approved to wear normal bras altogether. I am still applying my scar cream my scars are so thin I think they will be hardly noticeable if at all in the end. May post more pics soon.
