23 Years Old, 5'3, 115 Lbs, 440 CC Sientra Textured Silicone Implants!

They are getting softer and more settled gradually. The right one is still slightly firmer and slightly higher than the other, but it has been evening out. I think I just have more muscle on this side, and the pocket is a bit smaller because it was my smaller breast to begin with. But I am very happy with them and I love the way I look in clothing now!

I am so happy with my results! My breasts have continued to change a lot week by week. They are slowing dropping and fluffing and becoming softer. My left breast gives me no discomfort and seems to be dropped into its pocket nicely. I can't feel the implant at all it feels like apart of me. My right breast is lagging a little and still feels a little stiff and like it needs to drop and fluff more. I have been worrying about it a little but this side had less natural breast tissue and more muscle so I think it is just taking longer for it to stretch. In the mornings it feels a little tight and if I lay on my side for a long time it can feel uncomfortable.
My incisions are healing well. A week or two ago they completely flattened out. I was using silicone strips and that helped them a lot. I was using mederma which seemed to irritate my skin where I was rubbing it around the incision so I stopped scar treatments for now. I am just using bio oil and lotion all over the breast to keep hydrated/prevent stretch marks.
I am back in the gym doing cardio and using only leg machines.
I am supposed to be cleared for all exercise this Friday (6 week mark) but I am going to take it easy until my right breast feels like the left.
