3 weeks post-op
WORTH IT$6,000
Went to my 3 week appointment yesterday and I'm healing nicely. The surgical glue should be falling off sometime this week and then I'll be able to start my scar treatment.. I feel great and I feel like I'm able to do most of everything. Occasionally I will feel discomfort but all in all I'm in love with the new me :) attaching some pics of how great it feels to be able to use shirts with no bra!!!! Yay lol

SEX QUESTION
Ladies,
When did you return to your normal sex routines? Is there a certain amount of time to wait or is it when you feel comfortable enough to ?

We took it slow...I will be 3 weeks post op Wednesday. 2 weeks post op is when I started getting pains, zingers and such. It was also when I went back to work and started using my arms more...every day seems like Xmas, never know what sensation you will feel. My nipples are so sensitive I can hardly stand my bra.

I went back after a week after breast aug. But had to be reeeaally careful not to make any movements that stretched incision...sooo not exactly back to the usual sex life just yet.

I was told 2 weeks mainly because it can raise your blood pressure. I didn't even wait very long. It was very frustrating but i managed around3 days lol

Hi there! I also had my surgery on 4/22, I did 385 high profile silicone gummies. I had my follow up on Friday and My doctor told me that my right side was a little higher then the left and not dropping, he gave me a wrap to use to push them down. You can use an ace bandage and do a figure eight to push one side down or wrap the ace bandage tightly around the top of your chest to push them both down. I did the All weekend and all of today, it was very uncomfortable and kinda hard to breath but it worked! My right side has now dropped as much as my left side.
The nurse went over the massages with me on Friday as well. Disclaimer, they are not relaxing massages and hurt like hell!
The first massage, you place both your hand on the top of one breast and push down as hard as you can, if your nipple is pointing toward the floor then you are doing it correct.
The second massage is similar to the first, place your hand between your underarm and breast, the push with all of your strength towards the center of your chest (kinda as if you were trying to give your self cleavage)
It's going to feel like your implants are going to pop and be very uncomfortable but you kinda have to force them down.
You should try doing the wraps first and then start the massages this Friday (2 week mark), that way your incisions can heal Properly.
Hope this helps, good luck!!

Awe thank you so much for your input! It seems that my left side is giving me more difficulty as far as discomfort. I feel great on my right but my left side still gives me some aches.. my incisions are still there and are healing very slowly.. I went to my one week Post OP last Friday & they told me not to start scar treatment until after the glue that is on there falls off which usually happens on the third week.. Thank you for your comment though I will definitely be trying these massages!

My PS gave me a paper with the different types of massages. I went on YouTube also and looked up 'displacement massages' they really make a difference!!! Make sure you are doing them, it's tender at first but gets much better! I like the one were you use your hand to push the implant down, I feel like that helped hem drop more . The massage were you squeeze the bottom and make he implant go up helps them soften up! That was for me anyway. Good luck with everything! You are looking great :)

My PS didn't give me an instruction on massages yet...I wonder why? I've read a bit about them. Do the massages seem to help? How early do you start doing them after surgery?

Well I went to my 1 week Post-OP appointment and they instructed me to start doing massages..its supposed to help move them as well as prevent cc
