So clearly I had back fat issues. So I definitely see an improvement 3 months Postop and I haven't even seen the final result as of yet.

I sleep with an abdominal binder on at night to assist with the swelling. Some days my stomach is flat and others it appears bloated. It's a process that I won't see the final results until about 6 months. I do have some loose skin but not too much. My breast are perfect. I do have stitching that pokes out so I go to the office to have them cut it. I still use neosporin on those areas In the day and my scar cream at night now. Everything is healing great.
