Rhinoplasty at Transform

I had rhinoplasty nearly 14 years at Transgorm with Dr Saif Khan. I had a dorsal hump filed down and my tip was reduced which i wasn't planning on. The result was far from perfect. I have a lumpy piece of cartliage on the tip of my nose and my nose isn't straight at all. I also have lots of irregularities on the bridge.
I have lived with the result as never wanted to go through surgery again and also the financial cost. But as the years have gone on my skin is thinning with age and it is showing the irregularities up even more and i have become incredibly self conscious and hate any front on photos.
Revision Rhinoplasty is incredibly scary as i have put far my effort in researching the best surgeon and it's scary putting your trust in another surgeon and worrying what the result will look like plus it is reconstruction surgery which will not only cost more but also will be a much more complicated procedure!
I wish i had looked into it more 14 years ago but there wasn't the means to research back then like there is today.
My advice to anyone looking to get any procedure done is to research and avoid the places like Transform as they have sub standard surgeons and they do not care once they have your money. They won't care if you are not happy with your results.
