Been to the specialist today
Went to my appointment today with Dr Briggs. All went really well. he has said no more dressings which I am happy about. Now concerned about my bra rubbing on my nipples. I read somewhere (possibly on here) about placing some cut soft fabric into my bras to reduce friction. Anyone have ideas. I am also concerned about my left nipple. I had a free nipple graft, on the right it is completely flat. However the left is still not completely flat. It is a though the breast and nipple have not met completely. Underneath it is still quite raw and red looking. Just concerned as he said not to wear dressing fans let it dry out. Oh the joys of what is best.

I was able to take pics today of nipples. 6 weeks post op. Free nipple graft. Happy with my right however left still needs a little help.
Free Nipple Graft
Wanted to know if anyone on here has had a free nipple graft and what their experience has been. Any communication would be appreciated. Thinking that I could have had this surgery without having the process of a nipple graft
