I will say that JoIie plastic surgery customer service could use some work. Everyone was very sweet but, I had some issues with my coordinator not giving me all the information I needed. On the day I arrived it was 07/04/17 and this was my consult to fill out all the necessary paper work. While I was there, I received a phone call from my coordinator saying" my surgery was going to be rescheduled to the 6th instead of my actual surgery date on the 5th. I waited for them to call and give me the time of my surgery on the 5th and they did not call me until 6pm that evening to say it was going to be at 10am. When I got there on the 6th for surgery, let me tell you, talk about wait, be prepared, because the wait is excruciating....... On the flip side, I loved the doctor and he was worth the wait, I could not be happier with my results. Its even better than I could have imagined ! I am over the moon happy!!!! Dr. Valls hands are magic.

Right! The waiting room was packed all day. My results could be better. I definitely see and love the change, but I wish he took out more fat. Seems like he prefers BBLs and I only did lipo

I am having surgery in September 26th and am so happy to read your review, it makes me feel more confident to get this done. And when it comes to their staff is really sad how bad they make the dr's look because they are not organized and on point with their job! But it happens in every cosmetic surgery because my sister got surgery too and it was horrible their was no communication, people all over the place, she actually got her implants put in the wrong way and now has to go back so they can replace the one implant!
