So I have been lurking around this site for a little while now, looking at countless pictures and reading so many reviews. I had a trip to Asia coming up and decided to have a procedure done while here. I'm a pear shape person and hold a lot of my weight in my lower half. Over the years, every time I lost weight, it came from my chest. Every time I gained weight, I gained it in my thighs/flanks. Needless to say, I wanted to rebalance my shape.
I chose four smaller clinics in Seoul to have consultation with, and had a busy day of zooming around after I arrived. I chose the one I liked the best (the one with the English translator lol), and scheduled in for surgery for the next day (today!)
It's been kind of a whirlwind and As I've been through Rhinoplasty before, I knew what to expect. The clinic had K-pop playing in the operating room (I assume to help put you at ease before you go to sleep), and I found this so hilarious. It was a fine experience, I could go into so many details of the surgery, but I think I still might be jet-lagged!
In the compression garment, my legs looked really little, taking them off my legs swelled up something fierce. They took out my swelling medication as I also had a fat transfer. I'm gonna post pre-op and immediately post op photos here even though I'm swollen as f*@k.
If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them! No one in my home country know I did this except my sister, haha.

Not feeling great

...so I went to the clinic to get my dressing changed, and asked about how much was removed/transferred. Dr. Park only injected 72 and 78cc's of fat to each breast. What a waste....I'm going to have scars on my nipples and under my breasts forever for 1/3cup injected with only a portion of that staying. Not worth it, in my opinion. I feel kind of led on about it, as they assured me they would put 180cc and 200cc respectively, after looking at the volume and space in my breasts. They seemed very dismissive about it, and also said that they didn't save any fat (in case I wanted a second transfer down the line). Just.....not cool.

I feel like a sausage!

So my bruises are starting to let up a little bit, and the redness is fading from my chest, but I am so swollen and sore!! There has been no more communication from the clinic regarding the 1/3cup fat transfer to each breast I received. It just seems extremely pointless and upsetting, given the fact they expressed to me that at least 180-200cc could be filled in each breast easily given my size and skin. I expressed my shock at the minuscule amount placed that merited stitches on my nipples and under my breasts. I scar so easily and I was assured that it was small needles that would place the fat on the sides of my breast. I don't think anything can be done (they didn't save any fat for a 2nd graft because I am a foreigner), but I am still sad about it. Sore, and sad. That's what I got going on right now.
