My name is Hong. From viet nam. I had jaw surgery and but fat graft 1,5 year ago in korea, and i had put the second fat graft 6 month ago in korea. After the second fat graft my face not nice. too much fat make me look like swollen, not natural. And i had remove fat by lipo suction(tradition lipo) on 09th may on 2014. After surgery dotor tell me have use headbrand 1week. and fat still alot of my head, fore head go down to my eyes, my nose, my lips. Now everyday fat go down alot to my eyes, nose, lips. Make my face line broken, my skin broken, my nose too heavy and very big, my eyes too small. My life down since the day i had fat remove. I cant live with broken face line. Every day im angry with my self and and feel regret. I want to remove fat all of my face. i wish my face line, eyes, nose, lips can return before.
I need doctor help me. How can to help my face line return before? How can remove fat from my nose, my lips, my eyes?
Pls give help me advice and comment.
What the method can help my face? where is the best place or hospital can i go for surgery?

HI, I am really sorry you're going through this. Did you have fat in the whole of your face and do you know much was injected (number of syringes)? And does your face feel heavy? I have heard that the Accusculpt laser can remove fat by melting it. They have that in Korea.

Also, can I ask if "broken face line" is the same as "lost facial outline"? I have also lost my facial outlines from fat grafting.

Camhong, I have Viber. I'm from Europe but had the fat transfer in the United States... over 3 years later, I still have big lumps on my cheeks and look horrible. I have broken skin - my skin is patchy, red and blotchy from the fat. I also have a very square and heavy face, whereas before I had a tiny, petite face. My body type is thin like yours and it looks odd. I have looked into having a facelift to remove some of the fat, because it's been hard to find someone who does liposuction where I live. If liposuction didn't work for you, you could try the Accusculpt because the laser heat melts the fat better?
Now, I'm thinking of buying a Coolsculpting machine which can be used on the face... maybe this would work to freeze off the fat? The hand pieces can be made small for the face:

After fat remove fat by tradition lipo. My skin broken, my face always red, fat grop down my eyes, my nose,
my lips. make my eyes small and feeling tired, my nose heavy. Before remove fat by tradition lipo My Dr told me after remove my face line will return. but after remove my face broken. He lie me, he just want money, he didnt care about my face and my skin. That's why i came to real self and need can help me fix my face.

I dont see the broken line.
You need some skin foods for your face.
You can try "Dermal Korea Collagen Essence Full Face Facial Mask Sheet" and
"Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream" and "Skin Food Black Sugar Mask Wash Off"
Use this all 3 every other day and your face will be very nice looking again.

You can ask the doctor (who did your fat transfer) for the medical records, it should be in there. That way you can find out how many CC's you need to remove

I read your question to the doctors. Did the liposuction you had cause problems too? Or is it that it needs to be repeated?

For broken skin, try the Obagi system. It has Retinol and Hydroquinone and is very strong. But it helps the skin a lot! I have not tried to remove fat yet but I want to try ultrasonic cavitation with cryolipolysis, or alternatively liposuction followed by a face lift?
