Crazy turn of events....

Sorry not to have updated for so long!
The fat transfer was great and had remained through the breast lift. My breast lift was done in Singapore (where I now live) and my breast looked like it did before the pregnancy.
I have always worked out as part of my lifestyle, but got super fit last summer. I changed my diet incorporated weight training and lost 6 kilos (I’m 5’4” and started at 57 kgs). Upon losing the weight, the fat transfer had disappeared. I was left deflated in my upper pole, but not sagging as badly since the lift.
I waited 6 months and then went back to the doctor in a Singapore. There was no way to do another transfer as I didn’t have a place to harvest it from. My only option to restore the fullness was implants.
I had the implants done last month and still recovering. The post you see is what I looked like after the lift and the weight loss.

Lift done a year later

After a year, the fat transfer had remained and decided to have a breast lift. I debated to have implants, but was advised I had enough tissue based on the fat transfer. I opted not to have them and moved forward with the lift only. I'm glad I didn't get them because I am a 34D to DD. The shape is very natural and I'm extremely happy about the outcome.

It is a longer journey to go this route, but I'm so happy I did as I did not want to have implants and achieved the look I wanted. Will post before and after photos later.

2 months post

I'm about 2 month out since my 2nd Fat transfer and I'm happy with the results. It filled me out on the top and gave a very slight lift. Also, I wanted to lose some fat in my abdomen and was afraid that if I started to lose weight that I would lose the fat transfer.

I'm filling out a 36C bra perfectly. Since enough time has past, I've also gotten back into working out/toning up... so I'm sure I will see even better results in the future. I'll be sure to post more photos in another 3 months as my workouts progress to note any changes in the fat transfer.

I might seek a breast lift in the next few years, but for now I'm happy with the results.
