33yrs, Rhinoplasty Revision, Genioplasty

So i have wanted to do my revision for many years, i did years of research and happened upon the Korean pictures and how realistic the surgery was on the patients and how youthful they turned out to be. Long story i came to Gangnam without an appointment. I perused the Beauty line for 1week, had free appointments at Grand, ID, Well, Jk,GNG to name a few. Funally i decided on GNG hospital. Initially i asked for a lower tip as i have long philtrum, >i dont find short noses attractive >hoping to balance that out with a lower tip defined bridge. Fast forward 3weeks later my nose looks shorter than before and very upturned. What results should i expect after 6months? Why does it look pigish? Im not happy with my results after spending so much money, wish i could have just done it in the States ????. Packing here is excruciating when taken out, sucks cuz i might have to endure this again inthe near future for my revision ????.
