Nowadays I don't like to wear heavy make-up at all as I like the kind of natural, flawless look!

New Selfies After Facial Lipo and Fat Grafting- 6months Post OP
Hi everyone! This is my current pictures from my surgery and it is already been 6~7 months.
My chin looks amazing that exactly what I expected for and having good retention of fat grafting.

hi, you look amazing. i want to have v-line face too :) you mentioned abt fat graft, i thought you only need to do face lipo. where did they place your grafted fats and other than those are there anything else you did? how much is your total proceure. and at what week bruising and swelling are no longer noticible which means ok to come back to work thanksmuch!
Hi Mayer! They inject the fat on my forehead and front cheeks. I think bruising and swelling were disappeared around 3weeks. For price.. I suggest you contact with them directly! :)
OMG, you look sooooo beautiful! Are you sure you didn't do any photoshop?? I agree with Catherine_Mayer not really need to do fat graft. Could you tell me who was your consultant?

Your result is really amazing! One question, you got facial lipo and acculift together? I want to remove my facial fat too but I heard I would get big bruises and swelling with Accujet but there is a equipment that have less bruises. Do you know what kind of lipo you got at Fresh?
Hi Caroline, if I remember correctly it was the accusculpt! But you cannot get away with a little bit of swelling and bruising which ever machine is used! The after care treatment using high frequency helped a lot for me!

5-month Post Op (Face Liposuction & Facial Fat Grafting)!
Hey guys!
I’m sorry it’s been a while since the last post. I have been busy with work and personal matter, so did not really have time to write a review of my plastic surgery experience. For those of you who are new to my posts, I received face liposuction and facial fat grafting procedures from Dr. Hong at Fresh Plastic Surgery located in Seoul, South Korea in June this year.
I have also attached some photos! These are 5 months post op photos. If you compare these with the pictures in the previous posts, you will be able to tell that my jawline is more defined. FYI, I have lost about 7lbs.
The facial fat grafting procedure I had is called PRP fat grafting. Since PRP is made with your own blood, the nurse drew blood from my arm on the day of surgery. The consultant told me that survival rate will be about 50%, but I feel like 60% of the injected fat has remained. I don’t know if it is because of PRP or healthy lifestyle or both, but I’m satisfied with the result anyway. The consultant told me that I could get a top-up/touch-up for fat grafting if I wanted to, but I don’t think that would be necessary for me.
As the English consultant informed me before surgery, I did experience hardness and stiffness in some parts of my cheeks in the first month. But it got gradually better and disappeared after 2 months. You are not supposed to do intense workout for one month, so after one month of time I started working out and kept a healthy diet. And now I feel like I have more defined jawline after weight loss.

wow! you look absolutely gorgeous! What a changes! Even your skin looks better. Did you get acne treatment too? so beautiful.... Dr. Hong is the only surgeon did fat grafting and fat removal? I'll really appreciate that if you tell me where is the clinic. Thank you!
Hi Avril! Thank you for your compliments. I got acne skin care once before surgery and I guess PRP helped to easy up acne scars. Yes. I got both surgery with Dr. Hong and I heard that there is another surgeon but for eyes and nose.

wow! you look terrific! I can see big differences between before and after. Happy that you got such good result. I really want to get accu because of my chubby chin and cheeks. Too much excess fat on my face... Thank you for sharing and look forward more pictures!

What I want to say is, it is 100% worthy and I'm so so happy that I can have such beautiful facial line. I got much slimmer and prettier than before. Thankyou for sharing your experience. I am thinking to do acculift on jan 2018. But not wiht Fresh. With GNG hospital. Have you heard of that place any suggestions. And did u go alone for the surgery? As i am going alone will that be a problem?
Hello, aruna46! Glad my review was helpful:) Yes, I have heard of GNG but I chose Fresh because Dr.Hong is specialized in fat related surgery. If you are going to go to Korea, I would suggest getting consultations at both places:) Having consultations at different clinics can sometimes help you make a better choice. Good luck!
Thankyou somuch for the reply. I had some text chatting with few hospitals in korea and they asking me to deposit like 500000krw to book a surgery day and consultation appointment for me. Is it i need to pay the booking deposit in advance. How did u go with it?
You are welcome! I'm not sure about how the deposit system works at clinics you researched on. As far as I know, most clinics in Korea provide consultations for free but you may have to pay a certain amount of deposit to book the operating room for a specific date and time you want.

Your pics are so inspiring. Did you fly out to Korea to get the work done and if so how long do you need to stay there? Also, does price include the fat grafting also? And is the fat grafting to plump up the face or did you suck out fat from the face? I was thinking about 10 days would be sufficient. Thanks!
