I was always been flat chested my entire life and always envied women with boobs. I have never been happy with my body because of the size and knew I wanted to get it one day since I was young.
I turned 30 this year and I wanted something for myself finally. I was tired of seeing myself not being happy with my body, I mean, I have a child's body and I really couldn't feel sexy or confident. Why should I continue my womanhood this way when there is a perfect procedure! It just did not make any sense. I then started on my crazy day and night researches on BA to the point where I could be a surgeon. I wanted to make sure that I was 100% prepared and ready.
Based on the research, I knew exactly what type of implants and the location of incision. I wanted gummy bear (anatomic) cohesive gel type implants under breast incision. I made 8 different consultation before arriving to Korea and I was willing, able and ready. =)

For the first week of surgery, I was very concerned about how big it came out to be. Probably because I was so flat and it was weird to see something on my chest! But the swelling started to go down after about 5 days.

These are my 2 wks post op pics. Left boob is bigger than the right due to the swelling. Side of my chest (below my armpits) hurts like bruising but no bruising seen.

I was told not to raise my arm above my shoulders and to wear post op bra which I purchased from them. I also slept sitting up for the first 3 wks which wasnt too bad as it sounds.

Can I ask if you got submuscular placement or subglandular? I'm getting under the muscle saline 425cc and I've always had strong upper body strength and I'm curious how many women if any lost strength. Obviously the first few weeks we can't lift anything.

They were placed below the muscle (submuscular) and although I did not test my strength, I can't notice any difference in strength before and after the surgery. I mean I used to do yoga and I was able to life myself up on yogi poses and if I had to try now, I think I can do it =)

It has been 3 wks and I am trying not to use my arms too much as per my Dr.'s instruction. But that's really impossible when I'm moving!! I didnt have to lift any heavy objects but I did use a lot of my arms and I am very concerned of any side effects.... the swelling is going down little by little and settling down well.

I can understand that. We don't realize how much we use certain body parts until we can't use them. Even when I broke my toe I didn't realize how much it would slow me down and how much I depended on it. Lol and it's just a toe! From what I've read and been told we should just keep wearing the sports bra we are given and ice packs for swelling. I want to look into Arnica Montana supplements, I seen it here on this site for brushing and swelling.. have you heard of it?

Hi, actually no ive never heard of arnica montana supplement. It probably sounds strange to everyone but i dont believe in medications or supplement! I do natural healing like drink herbL tea and doing a lot of walking. Lol. I think every inch of our body part is important, even a toe or a toe nail!

No problem I just picked up the gel stuff today. Honest I had never heard about it until this venture but it seems a lot of women use it for BAs so well see lol
