I grew up a serious athlete and even in my best shape always had a little pooch. Recently, I lost 25 lbs that I had gained over the past couple years and decided to go for the pooch removal! Update; 13 days post op. Things are going well. I had some fluid drained from abdomen on Monday, which helped flatten me out some more.
I asked Dr if there was anything less obvious I could wear tyo work than the binder and he said I can switch from my binder to control top panties. I am doing this for work, so I do not habve to try and hide the bulky binder, but will swtich back at home.

Any thoughts on this?
I will add photos tonight.
