Alright dolls update
WORTH IT$6,441
Well as always I rave about Dr.Schrimpf but honestly the experience I had was very rewarding and the staff were nothing but wonderful. So I had another appointment with doctor on 1/30/2020. Y'all as I said very pleased with work and now I am okayed to do ab workouts well as long as I dont endure any pain. Which for me will be planks and pull up bars. Overall with the help of this site I know and am proud to have chosen Sweetgrass Plastic surgery in Summerville SC. As I said I am a plus size woman at only 5 ft. So now with my abs flat I have to focus on legs and arms. Lol but this was an exciting journey and I am glad you all were there. I needed the support.

Alright here is the rundown ...saw doctor yesterday everything is healing well. Like I said I am very pleased with Dr.Schimpf work. I actually wanted to hug the crew. They are great definitely needs a recommendation. Waiting for stitches to heal only some openings but overall if you look at pics I like how my line is coming out. One pic I graduated to wrap bandages. Glad for that cause that binder is hell. Can someone offer an alternative for wrapping...I realize I am short so my torso is short and wearing a lot of the corsets or waist trainers feel awful.

Definately Worth IT
Hello to all I am back with an update. I still; have to supply pictures but I must say that I am very pleased with the results from Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery Dr. Schimpf. I have had my drain removed on the 26th of November. I have been doing okay for awhile. My problem is mostly walking now and healing. I feel like I cannot stand up straight but at times I seem to be straight. I believe that this is from the limit of muscle movement in sitting most of the time. Good news no swelling, but hips are bigger can not fit any of my jeans lol. Pro no more pain, but it fills like I can feel every muscle in my abs. Another thing I was able to walk about a mile in total yesterday unfortunately it took me an hour. So, my walking has been impacted greatly. I decided that I need to walk more per week ultimately this will or should regain my stride back. I must say that my bowels are more active pretty much am able to go frequently after eating. I have another check up December 19th. I will give information as given from doctor I have a lot to ask about exercising. But I repeat walking seems to be the only suggestion. Oh you ambition ones I will tell you this I hate wearing the binders. Bought a new one, some shapewear, and even waist trainers. Okay goodbye for now!

Sounds like you are moving in the right direction with your recovery. I am 1 week ahead of you but I had drainless TT. My walking up straight came and went too. Like no problem first part of the day by the end of the day I would notice a little hunching over. It was when I wasnt straight I knew I had done enough for the day. I am now sleeping in my bed but I am still sleeping with my wedge pillow for my head and pillows under my knees. For some reason my mind starts telling me I shouldn't be sleeping flat so of course I start thinking I'm feeling too much pulling in my lower tummy. So I will use the pillows until I feel 100% comfortable laying flat. I have seen some people (on you tube) be 5 months post op and say they are back to their normal gym routine and they think they may have messed something up. I do not want that to be me. I am still wearing lipo foam, compression garment and binder 22/7. I only take it off to shower and let scar cream dry. I hate it! But I'm going to stay the course for 6 weeks post op then gonna still wear it for at least 12 hours a day for a couple of weeks. Thank goodness it's winter cuz this stuff is hit and itchy! Lol.
