39, 3 Kids, Sad Breasts - South Carolina

I am finally going to do it! Surgery on Monday and I'm nervous, but excited. My PS is Dr. Orseck and he is wonderful! I am going with 400 cc silicone, dual plane placement. I'm concerned about the size and the pain after the procedure. I don't want to wake up looking like Dolly, and I also don't want to not be able to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family; however, I'm sick of looking like a man in my clothes. I've been self conscious for years and now I'm going to fix it. Yay me!

My surgery is at noon tomorrow, so I'll have time to run errands. The only thing I do not have is a wedge pillow and so many people on here suggest having one. Any suggestions on where to buy this? I've never looked for one, so I'm clueless. Thanks!

I had surgery yesterday at noon. It went great! I threw up once from anethesia, but felt good otherwise. I was up and about all day and evening, but then I started to get sore. I took muscle relaxer and went to sleep for five hours. It's 3:00 a.m. And I'm hurting. I don't like pain Ned's, so I'm trying to do without, but I'm not sure I can hold out much longer. Anyway, I love how they look already. I know I have a while to go before they look pretty and nipple rotates upward (from dual plane placement). I'm posting my before and after- be kind????????????
