I'm having the same issue! Do you know how long do you have to wear it? My post op is tomorrow so I'll find out then. My back is bothering me already, did you get a wedge pillow, and if so, has it helped? They look great btw!

My PS said to wear the band at least four weeks.....maybe more. TORTURE! Hope your back gets better. I haven't had that yet, but I am having tons of soreness in my armpits. Ugh! No matter how much I complain, I just look at the before pic and then I'm good to go! Lol

I had surgery yesterday at noon. It went great! I threw up once from anethesia, but felt good otherwise. I was up and about all day and evening, but then I started to get sore. I took muscle relaxer and went to sleep for five hours. It's 3:00 a.m. And I'm hurting. I don't like pain Ned's, so I'm trying to do without, but I'm not sure I can hold out much longer. Anyway, I love how they look already. I know I have a while to go before they look pretty and nipple rotates upward (from dual plane placement). I'm posting my before and after- be kind????????????

Wedge pillow

My surgery is at noon tomorrow, so I'll have time to run errands. The only thing I do not have is a wedge pillow and so many people on here suggest having one. Any suggestions on where to buy this? I've never looked for one, so I'm clueless. Thanks!
