23 Yo Figure Competitor, No Kids 36B to D? High Profile Under the Muscle - South Carolina

Sorry I've been MIA! I was obsessed with this site pre-op so I've taken a much needed break! I'm planning to post my post-op pics soon as I'm just over the 2 week mark. I went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to have the sutures around my areolas removed and was told I could wear regular bras. I opted to go to TJ Maxx and Marshalls over VS as I was still pretty swollen and I don't want to buy bras that won't fit in 3 months. I haven't been measured but I'm around a 34 DD/36D. I tried on one 34 DDD that fit and freaked out but bras are made different. I had one place on my right areola that wasn't closing very well that I was concerned about but I've been on an antibiotic and keeping it clean and bandaged and it's starting to heal nicely. My armpits have been the most sore from the lipo!

I started back working out last week as my doctor cleared me for anything but chest. I started with leg machines and light cardio. I attempted biceps and triceps yesterday but kept getting weird sensations so I stopped. Certain movements still feel weird but other wise I feel fine! I still have some tenderness but I feel like my old self for the most part! Next post-op appointment is the 14th! Going to try to post pics soon!

Surgery was this morning. It was very quick and I haven't seen much of them yet but not much pain. Chest feels really tight, but my armpits are the most sore from the lipo. I am a cheap drunk with anesthesia and was throwing up in recovery and on the way home. Slept most of the day but feel much better now. I'll update on surgery details later. D

Surgery is Thursday so I'm a busy bee this week! Went shopping yesterday and got some comfy slippers and a new pair of comfy pants. Took my prescriptions to the pharmacy, picked up stool softener, straws and some essentials we need around the house. We're having our carpet cleaned today (we do it this time of year anyway) and then I'm going to go get some groceries and prep food tomorrow. I got probably my last upper body workout in for the next 4-6 weeks in this morning and it was bittersweet, but I'm so excited for Thursday! I have to be at the surgery center at 6:45 am and we live about an hour and a half away so it's going to be an early morning but so worth it!
