My surgeon recommended that I get 180 cc and 200 cc extra high profile implants.
I want a natural looking breast and I am really tiny- hence 5 feet tall and probably weighing 42kg now.
I have just read so many women being unhappy with their breast size regretting that they went too small.
I want implants like Kourtney Kardashian and absolutely love how hers look.
I am going to enquire again with my surgeon before doing the procedure.
Please give me your honest opinion as I would prefer to be happy with the end result. Dr Braun is highly trained and I trust his judgment but I would also like to get other opinions.

Consultation with Dr Braun
I just went to my first consultation with Dr Braun. I felt extremely comfortable and he had good energy. I decided to do my surgery with him based on his experience and my confidence in him. He made me try on sizes which I didn't do in my previous consultation with another doctor.
I am extremely excited but nervous. I have booked my surgery for the end of June. Wish me luck :)

Real self has helped me on my journey thus far... I therefore decided to share my journey with other women to help them on their future endeavors.
I recently went to a plastic surgeon in Mediclinic, I am not comfortable with mentioning names as I have not done a procedure with this surgeon and do not fully know his reputation. My cousin went to the same surgeon and was not happy with his behavior after her procedure of breast augmentation and nipple reconstruction as there were complications [lumps, healing process was slow, etc].
I actually made a booking to do my breast augmentation with this surgeon as I was fairly confident until my cousin spoke to me about her experience. It is therefore vital to do major research on the surgeon you are going to and to make sure they are experienced, kind and compassionate before and after surgery.
I therefore made the decision to cancel my booking. I have a consult with Dr Braun in Rosebank Clinic tomorrow. I am so nervous, as I don't want my hopes to be dashed. Furthermore, consultation prices are not cheap and he is my last hope.
