Hi. Thank you. I have been doing the big breakfast bant. Ive lost about 7kgs in 5 weeks. I highly recommend it and its yummy! Im also working out 3 times a week so nothing too strenious

PS - I found swimming helped me work out without hurting my tummy after the op. Massage twice a day too

Thanks :) Ive been doing the Big breakfast banting (you can join the group on facebook) Really yummy and healthy food. Ive been working out 3 times a week too. Make sure you massage twice a day. Ive found swimming really helps get you into shape without hurting your surgery areas.
