Currently about 4 months post op. My breasts seem to have softened and settled into what I assume is going to be their permanent state. My surgeon did a technically very good job, they seem to be shaped and lifted perfectly. I have only recently in the last few weeks started transitioning from padded sports bras to normal underwire bras. Was shocked at how my new body looks in my old clothes. And not in a good way. Confronted with the dreaded phenomenon of how much bigger my stomach looks without my huge boobs. My waist used to look tiny against my 32F breasts and now it just looks wide. I didn't expect surgery to mess with my proportions this much. Its made me sink into a deep depression. I cry every morning and night. Feeling hopeless. I'm afraid if I start working out and losing weight on my stomach my breast will just shrink more and I'll still be left with these same proportion. The only thing thats made me feel slightly optimistic is the idea of fat grafting. If I were to take fat from my stomach and graft onto my breasts maybe they would help? Been trying to research from this sight and not seeming to see anything about fat grafting after a breast reduction, particular with proportions similar to mine. I want to go from a 32 C/D to 32DD. Hoping that someone can reply to this post with some insight.

Slightly overweight, on the chubby side
160cm tall
weighting around 65kgs

I don't blame the doctor at all for this. I should have communicated more and mentally prepared.
