Beware Skinial Tatto Removal - Nakkita (Perth WA)

DO NOT use Skinial tattoo removal. I paid Nakkita...

DO NOT use Skinial tattoo removal. I paid Nakkita Smith ( Perth Western Australia) $2500 up front for my removal which was quoted at 5 sessions, with a guarantee of completion if there was additional treatment required.
After the 5 sessions less than 1/4 of the tattoo is gone and there is so much ink left in the treated area. I was told all my paid sessions were complete and expected to pay an additional $7500 for the rest. My tattoo is 5cm by 3cm in total.
I took my case to the governing body, a one Klaus Böde.
After my therapist "lost" my file and all documented proof of our transaction Klaus sided with Nakkita further adding that the job. was "excellent". His finding further exasperates this companies lack of professional ethic and care for their clients. I AM PERMANENTLY DISFIGURED!!! I'd like to post some pics but I'm simply to ashamed and embarrassed.
Feeling completely perplexed and absolutely disgusted in my treatment I am now advancing legally.
Please do not trust this company . This horrible and painful experience has adversely affected my entire life.
They expose and abuse our desperation and trust.

So sorry for your bad experience! Where is your tattoo located and what kind of scars (I imagine you're talking about them when saying "disfigured") you developed?

OMG when was this ?

It was extremely expensive !!!! I'm sorry to hear it didn't turn out well for ya... This guy on Youtube posted a video after one treatment he got from a similar company called tatt2away. Look it up.It was way cheaper and it didn't have any complication.. I'm myself looking into getting a lot of work removed... I've done over a dozen laser treatments, it's working, slowly..The pain doesnt bother me, I find it way less painful than getting tattooed, it just takes ages. After reading all the reviews online for the non-laser removal method, I'm a bit worried, skeptical . A few people have posted results 3-5 months post-treatment on Youtube and it seems to be working fine.

Skinial Australia and the Skinial Studio in Perth regrets that they were not able to find a compromise with this client. We are sorry that this matter has escalated to this point but we are not surprised to see this post. We did try to reach an agreement with this client, who had already warned the practitioner during treatment, that she would complain on social media if her conditions of continuing complimentary treatments was not accepted.
The removed parts of the large tattoo were perfectly done without causing any scarring. We do agree that five treatments was an underestimation of the work required and not sufficient to remove the huge tattoo covering a large part of the upper back.
This is regrettable, but to clarify, the tattoo is much larger than the 5cm x 3cm reported.
Skinial International has several before and after treatment photos of this removal, as is standard for every treatment, that show the quality of the treatment and the absence of disfigurement as also claimed.
Skinial is neither ashamed nor embarrassed to show these and there was a request for permission from RealSelf to post them. Unfortunately it is not possible to post the pictures on this forum.
Skinial works in 26 countries with over 500 Studios and has performed more than 6.000 treatments worldwide. We try our best to satisfy every client but have to accept that this is not always possible for different reasons.
We know from experience and research that there is no perfect solution for tattoo removal be it Laser or Non Laser.
The process of tattooing is designed for ink to be permanently implanted into the dermis. It is not a simple procedure to reverse this. Skinial aims to safely achieve full removal of ink with minimal trauma to already damaged skin. We monitor and support our clients between treatments with aftercare as best we can.
Skinial Australia is a group of ethical aesthetics professionals who would never set out to "abuse" the trust of anyone.
Furthermore, Skinial Australia and the Perth Studio have no notification of advancing legal action and find the strong wording in this post to be alarmingly vexatious and unsupported.
Thankyou to RealSelf for allowing a response to this post. Regards, Skinial Australia/NZ

You should find it truthful...I have similar and would guarantee it is a procedure to be warned about. The ethics of the people performing the skinial treatment is questionable in itself. I hav had people say to me the worse they have seen in their 20 year beauty career. So be warned throw caution to the wind when dealing with Skinial in Australia.
