I went through the same process. Ended up having 3 tummy tucks. 1st left dog ears ( standard incision) 2nd- extended tummy tuck which made scar long end at hips , 3rd - fix the Ken Doll ( pooch above kitty kat) . Each time I sat down it looked like I had a sack!!!' I ended up doing a huge tattoo around entire waist to cover scar and stretch marks. When a person loses the amount of weight that we did. Standard surgical procedures don't apply to us. Your body shape is very nice, and your hard work shows! If you're considering TT, gotta find a honest doctor that will cover all the bases that I mentioned above. So that you don't go through what I did. There will be improvement, always wear a compression garment ( at least a year) . It does make a difference. You're still swollen. Unfortunately healing takes time. Don't get discouraged!

I think you look great. I can see a difference. Tough when you have had kids, gained weight, lost weight, etc. We all want perfect prebaby skin but not in cards for some of us. TT probably only answer for the loose skin. I would ask for a revision on your left thigh as the right looks perfect and just a bit of a lump on the inner left. Otherwise, you look great!

I know how you feel . I'm not happy with my smart lipo either . A lot of humps and dents . A lot of money to not look normal . I'm so confused to do it again or not . The doctor says he can smooth it out but from what I've been reading it could look even worse and it's gonna cost me another 2000.00 . Should I or not ? Anyone got any ideas or experiences with doing it again . Advise please . Are you going for TT ? If you do I hope and pray you get good results . Some of us just ain't meant to have those perfect shapes but we shouldn't have to pay for a bad procedure either .

Hello again, In my opinion there is very big difference in the before and after pics. You're still going to have swelling especially when you eat certain foods. Don't take this the wrong way but I am speaking from MY experience. I have had a tummy tuck , plus 3 revisions. Why? Here it goes. My first was standard TT w/ muscle repair. I was left with 2 corners ( dog ears) doc says .. Well you actually needed an extended TT due to the amount of extra skin/ stretch marks. Then my 3rd i started to develope lumps. ( my body made capsules around the "supposedly "dissolvable stitches. Had to get surgery to remove that plus cut extra skin. I did a huge tattoo to cover scar. Then my last and final one wAs December 2015. Where they lipo my pubic area and removed skin from there. Because I was very bulky down there. In reality what I needed was a belt tuck from day one because I lost 80 lbs. Wish doctor was honest enough to tell me the first time. I see a big difference in you. You still have swelling. Plastic surgery procedure are so overwhelming and roller coaster emotionally. As long as you keep eating healthy n wear compression garment you will see changes slowly. In time. Don't get discouraged.?

I wanted to add that I see a big difference, too! We're so critical of ourselves. Hoping with a little more time, the swelling will go down.

I am lumpy bumpy. Which I am not happy about. I don't look symmetrical like I thought I would. scars are not getting any smaller. They are getting darker. My weight is fluctuating. I am exercising, but it hurts on my stomach.

Hello shadaisy, today I read your journey. I completely understand how you feel, i have had somewhat similar issues with weight. Throughout all of your post, you have not mentioned wearing a compression garment. Are you wearing one? I know everyone is. It the same, but the garment plays an important role especially in the beginning. ( swelling and skin retracting). I've had lipo several times. My first I was told to wear only 3 days (big mistake). This year April has been my most recent. I have found that lymphatic massage , Lipo foam sheets plus garment has helped me allot. I've run into some trouble with my BBL but as with every surgery. You will have your ups and downs. The swelling is crazy!!! One day your slim and the next 2 days your swollen!! As long as you stay away from salt, prepackaged foods, and artificial juices. You will be fine. Good luck. Keep us posted. good work outs, but dont overdue it!! I myself am climbing the walls I want to start working out again. But I have at least another month to go.
