I feel great! Back to my old self stomach and back still a little numb nothing major. Ive been working out 3 times a week. Need to do more cause I can't seem to stop feeding my face lol!

Yes!! I do!! I love the way my tummy's getting flatter! I can wear tight clothes without being self conscious.

You look fantastic! I am the same height and weight as you, and my tummy looks similar to your before. I haven't made my appointment yet, but when I do I hope my results are as good as yours.
You look really great and at only 1 month post!! I'm scheduled for Saturday and I'm hoping for good results, no wait... great results!! I wanted to ask you, do you feel as though you've lost any weight throughout the rest of your upper body? I know it's "upper/lower abs and flanks but, my concern is the upper back and bra area. I guess I should have asked is that considered "flank" and is that not a targeted area in the 3 area procedure?! Anyway, I'm just afraid that if I'm not losing lbs/inches in the rest of my body that'll I'll start looking like a line backer or something! lol! Let me know your experience with this if any! Thanks! And btw, did I say you look great!! :)
I meant to say upper/lower and waist!!
I got the upper/lower abs and waist done I wish I would've done flanks to that up the whole sides. I am losing weight all over 10lbs down probably more if I just ate healthier lol! Today is your day!! Can't wait to see your results!

So far how many pounds have you lost? Are you still swollen?
I've lost 13lbs so far! Still very swollen my skin is so tight!
You look great!! I have the somebody shape as you. I hope to get the same results.
You will and don't get discouraged when your results go back n forth at first! A couple times I was almost in tears lol!!

Are happy either just lipo or do you want to get tuck done I'm scheduled for lipo dr want me to do a mini tuck but I want just lipo but he said won't be happy
Im happy with just the lipo! If you work out a little bit a few times a week you will be happy with your results. I am not gonna get a tummy tuck That's going to take a toll on my body which I don't need. I don't want the down time. My tummy is getting flatter and flatter every day and I hardly have been eating right or exercising. Lol If your dr does a good job then you wont need it. Mine said I would need one from loose skin but mine pulling back just nice no loose skin at all.
