Sofwave - my face lost a lot of volume & neck looks very saggy

I've had Soft wave twice, year and half apart. First time I like it. It wasn't as painful and the results were gradual. I had a nice glow and moderate skin tightening. This last time i had done middle of Dec. it's been 2.5 months. But I am very upset my face had lost a lot of volume. I did have filler in my cheeks. All gone it seems . My neck looks very saggy. Looks worse than when I started. I don't know if it will be fair to go for 3 month pics because I'm going to another provider tomorrow for filler and neurotoxin which I also had at this appointment. So 2.5 months $800 of Botox is worn off or mostly anyway. The one difference I can remember between the two is the second time it was painful. So much so they had to go get nitrous for me. I wish I just would have said stop. I've been so depressed. I'm 48 and have always kept up on myself and now I look like I never have. This device should not be on the market.
