Late 30s, under eye only Sofwave - no improvement after 3 months

I have under eye lines only when I smile plus lifelong dark circles and volume loss. I only had the procedure done under my eyes. There was no numbing cream. It was very painful but only for 2 seconds before the sensation went away so overall, it wasn’t bad. There was no redness or downtime. It’s been almost three months, and there’s no improvement at all even with strict Neogenesis eye serum, sunscreen, vitamin C supplement, collagen powder, vitamin K eye cream, and derma rolling. I used retinol eye cream before this for 10 years and had tear trough filler and PRP done with no success. Now I’m switching to Revision Retox Line Relaxer and Alastin eye cream as the next step in my quest to soften the lines. I’m in my late 30s.
