3months after Sofwave & definitely see results! Hello lifting!
It’s been just over 3 months and I can confirm this treatment is effective for tightening. The biggest result I have noticed (and have been most excited about) was the almost immediate lifting of my brow and eye area. And now that it’s been 3 months, I’m happy to confirm that I am seeing lifting to the rest of my face as well. I did not do the neck, as I don’t have any issues there yet.
I’m 35 years old and have healthy skin. I wear strong SPF everyday and have since college, as skin cancer runs in my family.
Before the treatment, I didn’t have noticeable sagging.. just the very beginning signs of skin laxity common for anyone as they enter the 2nd half of their 30s. I noticed the laxity the most when I would look down.
The treatment was totally tolerable. My doctor allowed me to numb for at least 30 minutes (I think it may have been as long as 45-50 mins?).
I did this in combination with tixel. The tixel treatment was only done in my chin/lower jaw area in an effort to spot treat old acne scars and divets, whereas i had Sofwave done to my whole face. The combination was great.
I’m planning to do Sofwave once a year going forward.
Its Expensive but if You Can Easily Afford It, It’s Totally Worth It
I had Sofwave about 3 weeks ago and am already seeing results, especially in my brow area. I just did my face - no neck.
This seems like the perfect treatment for someone in their mid-to-late 30s/early 40s who wants a little pick-me-up without the risks of ultherapy and other similar treatments.
I’m someone who typically spends $450-$650 on high end facials in Miami, NYC, LA & London, so the $2000-$2500 price tag for Sofwave didn’t phase me, even if the results weren’t going to be truly dramatic (don’t go into this expecting the results of a mini face lift — if you are at that point, it’s better to just go under the knife). I have good skin and already look younger than my age, but I was starting to see the signs of 3 long yrs of major work-related stress creep up on my face. In just three weeks, Sofwave has totally erased those signs - I look super well-rested (even though I’m not) and refreshed with tighter and clearer skin. Totally worth $2K in my book.
