nervous!!!

2 weeks to go to surgery. Bad day yesterday, nerves have set in. What if I wake up during the procedure and feel and hear the PS? Silly I know. Lol! Spoke to my friend this morning and she calmed me down and made me look at the positives. Thank you Linda x. Bought all my bits and bob's to make me feel fresh and a Himalaya lamp to have at the side of my bed to calm me. Spoke on the phone to my Son's who have cheered me on but where also apprehensive at the same time. I can understand their concern but they are really happy for me.

You're less than two weeks away until your transformation. Judging by all the reviews I've read on this site we're all apprehensive and excited. We need to remain positive. Wishing you the very best outcome. Will be following your journey!

Dear Ange51, we have the same tummy tuck surgery date. I am excited and nervous too. I have gone thru a huge range of emotions i am not used too. Mostly scared, nervous. A friend or two have calmed me down. Now i am excited and mentally preparing myself. Not to do too much. Take meds when directed too. Drink lots of water, eat low sodium food and make good food choices. Keep me informed as i will for u too. Best of luck and lets recover together!

Lots of people on this site have great ideas of what to bring into hospital. A button or zip up top with slip on pants. Probably sweat suit type thing. Cleaning my house and organizing closets like a mad woman. I cut my hair last week. 5 inches off the length. What is de-fluffing? The hair cut?

Hi ange51 my tt is the same day as yours , I also have the exact feelings about this, but reading everyone else here on this site has made me feel so much better , my stomach is a lot like your I hate mine with a passion:))
Let me know how you get on, when are you getting yours done? It's nice to know we are not alone, lol. When I had my photo taken today I was so nervous that my tummy was out there for the world to see and I felt so embarrassed. But positive thinking it will be all gone and I can get on with my life. X
@ange51 when I took my photos I felt the same way but decided to post because as I look and such through other members profile I see that I follow most persons with the same body type as mine. I came to the realization that if I'm being helped and motivated by someone else's photos and story maybe my photos and story will be of help to someone else. Keep um coming TT sisters this is how we all get through this. Support!!

Just a little over 2 weeks to go. Last night lying down in bed I kept on thinking how the operation will pan out. I am filled with excitement and also fear of the unknown. I will be able to look in the mirror sideways and see the flatter stomach I have longed for in 24 year's. No more long tops that make my legs look short and dumpy. Not catching myself in a glass window of a department store and scurry away like a frightened animal afraid of my own reflection.
I will be brave today and ask my husband to take photos of my tummy so you can all see.
