Worth it- If there are no hiccups!
Well all in all I’d say I’m very happy with the results! Yes customer service sucked, but the aligners worked great.
I will say that the retainer they provided me didn’t fit ( I have a small mouth and it hit my bottom mouth bone) - but it’s ok, because I was planing to go to an ortho to replace my old retainer anyways.
If you don’t have issues then the service is great. However the couple of times I did have to contact customer service it was inefficient and all over the place. All in all, it was worth it and I’m really happy with the results of my teeth.
