My top teeth are okay but my bottom teeth have always bothered me, and at 30 years old I don’t want metal braces. I would be willing to try Invisalign, but for only $1850, I thought I would give SDC a try. From most reviews, people say their customer service is terrible but their aligners perform their intended duty most of the time. After I went in for a 3D scanning at one of their NYC locations, I received all of my aligners in the mail 3 weeks later. So at least I don’t have to worry about receiving aligners late since everything is sent out all at once. After 1 week of wearing them, I’d say so far so good. Here’s to hoping that I have no problems and that this process goes smoothly.

I’m officially on tray 3 today

It feels a little tight around my problem areas but nothing like the very first day, when it was painful. Eventually my teeth will move with the trey and I’ll forget it’s even there. Movements are so small that it’s hard to see a real difference. I don’t see it but I feel it. Time will only tell if this was a good idea but so far I feel confident in the product.

It’s still too soon but I’m feeling a bit pessimistic actually. My bottom teeth look so terrible. But I hope it goes as planned.

Hi there. Just wanted to drop in to provide some encouragement. Everyone's teeth and bones are different, so all of our teeth move at different paces. In the case that a customer's teeth take longer than projected, our team does offer a reevaluation option. If a dental professional approves a customer for additional treatment, they will not be charged for more aligners.
