When choosing smile club direct I understood that I would not be seeing an orthodontist in person but did expect that some care would be give through electronic correspondence. That never happened. After 5 months of having issues with aligners breaking they simply stopped showing up. When I called to ask why, they said they were running behind and would look into it. A week later, I called back having not received a response and was told my treatment had been completed. They had decided that the treatment had been deemed completed without a single check up and without looking at the results. How is that possible? I now have a slight underbite and my teeth are still not straight. What a joke.
