Easy to schedule an appointment but didn't get aligners - no communication

It was easy to schedule an appointment to have my teeth scanned, and the appointment went smoothly. They said I would have my aligners within a month. After more than a month, I hadn't gotten the aligners and hadn't heard anything, so I called them. They said they had determined that I wasn't eligible for treatment, but they couldn't explain why.
