Miss Matched Ear Concern Post Rejuv with SMAS!

There was an intense bruise which took a long time to go at the corner of my eye post Mid Face procedure. Three and a half months later the little hollow that the bruise turned into is still there and looks like its not going. There is a smaller version at the corner of the other eye too.
Can anyone tell me what's happened here ?
Will this rectify or not ?

This Diathermy burn happened when my surgeon apparently hit a blood vessel which this hole ion my jaw line. I kept it soaked in arnica and cream and strapped it close once the scab had gone. But I guess because it was not stitched there's been nothing to pull it together at base skin level.
Can anyone tell me if this crater can be rectified please ?

Two and a half - three months post op I noticed drop on my tight jaw line.....to make it worse it looks like its only on one side.
This doesn't seem right and especially at this late stage of the event ?
Dose anyone know what's gone wrong here and what the finale out come will be .......or is this the final outcome .....Im very worried ?
