Forehead Before and After Photos
Added some before and after photos of forehead. Wearing makeup (foundation, bronzer etc) only made it look worse. Now even in fluorescent lighting, texture, lines are so much smoother. Tomorrow will be the 2 week mark. My entire face is smoother and tighter. Pores are tiny. My skin glows! It is said that Smartskin CO2 Laser will last years and if taken care of properly will prolong results. I am excited to resume my regular skin care regimen tomorrow.

In my early 50’s I have concerns of fine lines, wrinkles, crows feet, lax skin, and somewhat rough skin texture. I have always taken great care of my skin for years including CO2 Laser about 20+ years ago and I was pleased with the outcome. However, time marches on and I could see it was time to do something more rigorous again. I checked out numerous practices and ran across Laser Smooth. They use the Smartskin CO2 Laser that is supposed to improve all sorts of skin issues (wrinkles, acne scars, poor skin texture, stretch marks, age spots and facial skin laxity) simply by adjusting and utilizing the various settings. Astonished at the low price yet intrigued, I called and the gentleman I spoke with seemed to know his stuff. I made a consultation appointment shortly thereafter.
Upon arriving, I was greeted by Steve Tan who turned out to be exceptionally professional, polite, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and my confidence was solidified so I booked an appointment for the following week.
Both the office and treatment area were very clean and basic looking. A numbing cream was applied and I waited about 25 minutes for it to take effect. Finally it was time for the treatment and I was nervous. However, he made sure I was comfortable by explaining a few things and doing a test patch so I knew what to expect. To my pleasant surprise (YAY), it didn’t hurt at all. He then began the procedure simultaneously used the Laser with a chilling device (to keep the skin cool and comfortable). Let me say, he was a wiz with the device and was very thorough.
Before I knew it, the procedure was over and took about 30 minutes for my face, neck and chest. I opted for the Stem Cell Kit after treatment to enhance results and quicken healing time. What was left from the kit was mine to take home and apply over the next couple days.
Next day I looked like I had a dark sunburn and swelling. Then some scabbing/peeling began. My skin sort of felt like sandpaper and was rough to the touch. However, not nearly as bad compared to the CO2 Laser treatment I had about 20 years ago; thank goodness technology has improved.
It has been almost a week now and my results are AMAZING. I am thrilled with what I see! My skin already looks so smooth with shrunken pores, tightened, and where did my etched-in crow’s feet go! My upper eyelid skin has even tightened somewhat and left me with bigger looking eyes. And get this: I am told my results will continue to improve for months as new collagen builds. BIG smile!
