So I am still swollen and feel discomfort when I sleep on my stomach. I had my first lymphatic drain massage yesterday. I am still sucking my stomach in because I have so much elasticity and truly need a tummy tuck but I want more kids, so this will do for now. I just starting back working out last week 3x per week and certain cardio moves I can feel some discomfort. I havent been cleared to do any ab exercises, nor am I cleared to swim just yet. My incisions haven't healed completely on my hip, vagina, and under my boobs. However, I can wear panties i couldnt fit. I cant wait for all the swelling to go down and hopefully, more definition in my waist will show. I am posting photos from my 3rd week and my 4th week. I encourage people to price your own faja as doctors over charge and it may not fit. I am now on my 5th garment. 1st was my binder week 1. 2nd was the 2xl faja which cut my circulation on my thigh but fit my waist.3rd. Was a 2xl waist trainer I bought off Amazon prior to surgery which was too big. The 4th is an xl I bought off Amazon, which is in a picture below. I just tried on the 5th one size large from Amazon as well.

Thank you for sharing! It's so nice when we can see updates throughout the healing process. I had no idea that even a month later, you'd still be in pain. May I ask how it is to sit in a chair? Are there an creases in the lower tummy. I was told in a consultation that on the ride home post op, you have to lie in the car flat so a crease wouldn't appear. Incisions haven't healed either! Wow. This is great to know. Keep it going :)

I'm not in pain but more discomfort and not all the time, just certain turns i can feel it. My body is still healing. I was not told to lie down because I was given a board to place on my stomach under my binder. I wore my board for 3 weeks when I would be sitting at work or at home to prevent creasing. For the first week it was difficult for me to sit in a low chair due to the getting up and down but it got better with the healing process. As of today my incisions have closed. I guess I took longer than others. Good luck on your journey!

That's fantastic that you are getting better. Damn. I had no idea that it would take this long. I wouldn't want anyone to know that I had this done, so going back to work with a board probably wouldn't work for me, right? People would see me walking funny.

You couldn't lie down? How did sleeping work? Thank you again for sharing. Also, all of this was only $6500?!

You look amazing! I just made 2 weeks post up two days ago. How are you doing ? I’m still swollen and trying to get the compression garment right. I just bought a new one and I’m noticing a difference this week. Hard to sleep on my sides but I’ve found a way to manage. Have you done another massage ? How is swelling now?

The soreness and pain is still present. I feel the itching coming but the pain out weighs it. On a scale of 0-10, my pain is a 6. I feel it more when I lay down and try to get out of bed. I stopped draining 24 hours after surgery and I took my shower this morning. It is still too soon to say if I'm happy with my results. Fingers crossed I will be.
