Smart Lipo scheduled for 1/19/22 to treat fat around my abdomen and upper arms

One of my doc’s recommended sono bello over tummy tuck because of TT scarring.
What input do some of you with experience have? As far as I can tell, SB is just is another form of laser lipo that I’ve already tried unsuccessfully.

These would be six months after the revision in the front and 18 month after the flanks, back and arms.
I am very pleased with the results on my arms
Very unhappy with the results on the front of my abdomen. I feel that the surgeon should have recommended a tummy tuck, or not done the lipo.
So, of the $15,300 I spent, about half of the results were decent.

I’ll post pics when I can, however I wanted to provide a brief update. I had high hopes for this procedure, especially given its high price tag and promises of skin tightening.
Although a decent amount of fat was removed, the treated areas are still lumpy, and skin did not tighten. My abdomen results are very disappointing, and perhaps lipo wasn’t the right procedure for me.
