How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Pretty Bad Experience
This isn’t about the doctor but the whole experience overall. I had my procedure last week.
1. My surgery was a bit rush.long story short after a lot of research. I had time off, so I booked at Sonobello on a Monday and I was to meet the Doctor on Friday, my appointment was changed for Monday without consulting me. After I took time off to go on Monday.
2. I arrived and checked in, filled out the paperwork pre surgery . Sat there for over half an hour, then I got a called from the receptionist asking me if I was coming in for my appointment. I went to the front desk and explained, I had checked in 35 min ago. I finally went in to see te doctor.
3 . The nurse and the doctor were nice. The nurse was great at explaining the procedure, the doctor was in a rush.
4. My medication was never called in by the doctor or the nurse. I had to call and ask for the to send my medication to the pharmacy a day before my procedure.
5. I was asked to show up at 11:30 on the day of the procedure. I was asked to undressed, my blood pressure and vitals were taken and the nurse got a catheter in. The I waited for over 2.5 hours in a cold room. The doctor finally came in and apologized. Asked me to wait a bit longer . That’s when I asked to be in a less cold room.
6. After they were done. I was quickly rushed out. I asked the nurse to give me a few minutes because I was not feeling great. I was still rushed out and semiconscious.
Today , I went for my 1 week post opt. I wasn’t looked at by the doctor, only a nurse.
I was supposed to meet with the clinical manager today after my appointment .Her receptionist told me that she could see me in 15 min. I left and she called 5 minutes later. I explain how I had felt like a number in a butchery. No real humanity, I was just a number. They wouldn’t even look at my chart for the correct name. She made excuses for every single situation. I understand human error but I can’t understand incompetence from a whole team. I wouldn’t recommend this place, go check a surgeon and people who make your experience enjoyable. This isn’t the place for that.
