I feel like i have more swelling but deffos less soreness. Still looking at and bruising has subsided tremendously

Day 7
This is the last swollen I have been so far. I use a massage roller for 30 minutes twice a day. The more you massage the better

Day 6
Feeling like things are smoothing out. I have my post op follow up today and they will decide whether or not I can remove my binder. Excited to not have it on
