3 week update
I tried to post some update picture during my 2nd week but they didn’t look as significant as I felt!
I am super happy I had this procedure and highly recommend it. My total weight loss since Covid is 24lbs and about 7lbs of that has been since my smart lipo

Hey! I was wondering If you started working out after your procedure to keep losing and maintain your weight??
I have been working out but mostly walking/jogging 3-5miles 4 times per week. I am also eating about 1000 cal. The procedure really inspired me to keep going. I am down 25 lbs right now but I feel confident that my waist would not have the shape it has now w out the Smart lipo

losing some weight the last two days
No new pictures today, but a weight update for those of you dieting and exercising and using SmartLipo to supplement your weight loss and keep you motivated. DO IT....this procedure really has me focused on finishing what I started. By coincidence, I began a diet right when the shut down started in early March. I had lost 17lbs prior to the surgery. Today I am down 21.8lbs with 4 being in the last 3 days!! I think the swelling is down, fluid flushing out and the scale is going down!!!

Hi! I’ve had a consultation with Dr. Berman and plan on booking soon for smartlipo! How would you say the procedure itself was? That’s what I’m most nervous about!

Procedure was easy. You are awake but super out of it. I remember being told to move around and that’s it. I don’t remember too much. My pain was so limited - way easier than expected. Ask more questions about after care before day of procedure. They give you a handout but I thought more specifics about types of compression garments, how long to wear them and possible extras like massage or what to do about hard spots or swelling.

I’m curious, what kind of compression garment are you using? There are so many options to choose from my head is spinning!
SOrry I didn’t reply sooner. I bought all kinds but mostly at marshalls. I like their kind with underwear. The waist only ones smashed my lower stomach down and I wasn’t worried it would get lumpy.

Was your doctor concerned with possible sagging of the skin? I’m your age and size and so desperately want lipo but am scared of then having loose skin
