Wish I did this sooner! I was very nervous about the procedure. But the nurses and docs at Finesse are total pros and know exactly what they're doing. It turned out great. I'm only 3 days in so I've got a way to go but already loving it. So happy to have that miserable muffin top gone!!

Wow looking great! How's your mobility? Back to regular activities?

Hello - thank you! Honestly, I've been up and round since the night I had the procedure. Other than a few doses of extra strength Tylenol, I didn't take any pain meds after the first day. I take breaks through out the day though. A nap or a lie down here and there. Just because I don't want to push it too far, not because of any problems. I went through my peek swelling and now that's subsiding. I'm sleeping through the night. I'm on Day 11. I'll send pics later today.

My body is shaped just like yours and I want this done desperately! Planning for the winter when I can have my implants removed at the same time. Please post more pics when the swelling goes down. You are my inspo.

Hello - thank you so much! It's been really great to have this community, so I know what you mean. I'll send more pics soon. I can't stress enough how important it is to have the best doc for this procedure. Winter is a better time to have it done. I don't feel too bad because we've had a bad stretch of weather so it's worked out ok. But it feels so amazing to have that muffin top gone!! Now to keep it off!! Good luck to you!! And do post and send pics.

Also, for bruising, arnica gel works wonders. I didn't have any after surgery but I was doing a little too much around the house one day and bruised myself pretty badly by dropping a juicer on my chest while trying to put it away in a top cabinet (smh) and ended up with a pretty big one on on my chest. The arnica gel that I had in hand for surgery purposes took it away in a few days. I was amazed to see the daily progress.

Update - Day 11

Fierce504
Days 3-6 were peek swelling, and even with that it wasn't so bad. It just felt tighter or poofier under the compression garment. Hard to describe. Now on Day 11, the swelling has subsided substantially so I have to continually adjust the compression garment so it won't wrinkle and pinch. The compression garment is supper annoying but necessary for support. Yellowish bruising is still apparent. In a few areas, there is numbness, tenderness and some lumpiness - all very subtle. It sounds worse than it really is (in my case) and I'm told all will subside over time and with help from the deep tissue massages that come starting week 3. I'll send more pics later today. Thank you all for you comments! It's been a great relief to have this community to share.

Day 11 Photos

Here are photos from Day 11 - when I compare the before photos to these I feel emotional. Just so happy that old belly is gone! The compression garment has zippers and eye hooks on both sides. It's annoying but it works for support.
