2 weeks post op/ Lymphatic massage

Yesterday I went to get my 2nd lymphatic massage. My 1st one was on Sat. 1/5. Although the massage hurt, I definitely felt better immediately. I go to a Dominican Spa. After the completion of the 1st massage, Deisy informed me that my garment was trash....lol So, I purchased 1 of theirs & I honestly love it. (pics of each posted). Most of the ladies in there dont speak English. Deisy has an app on her phone where it translates our conversation to each others language. I would definitely recommend the massages. I do take Arnica Montana, which Ive been taking since day 2 post op, once a day to help with swelling. I am still a lil swollen, but all bruises are gone. I wear my faja 23/24 hours a day. I take it off to shower & wash it. So far Im very happy. I just need to be patient.

Smart Lipo... flanks, stomach, waist, bra line. 1 day post op Dr. visit. Chapter40

Let me backtrack & say. I DID NOT have a tummy tuck due to my small size but I actually got SMART LIPO. Today was my 1 day post OP visit. The Nurse JAMIE (not Lilly-is office mgr) greated me with all smiles. I must say the energy of the office is amazing & so welcoming. She helped me out of my garment & removed all the pads(inserted to collect leakage). I did not leak too much, only on 1 side. Jamie then massaged my stomach to get out any excess fluid. I already see a huge difference, especially in my flanks. NO MORE LOVE HANDLES...lol I still have alot of loose skin where my Mommy pouch was but both Jamie & the Dr assured me that it would get hard and tighten up. So far I havent taken ANY pain meds. I did get arnica Montana pills to help with swelling. Which I was told will come so I'm taking them now to help offset any of that. Tomorrow will be the 1st day I can shower & remove my garment myself. I'm absolutely in love with my results thus far & hope to be even more in love as I heal. My next update will be in a week or so.

Smart Lipo..... Chapter 40

I always wanted a tummy tuck since I had my c-section 18 years ago. I made my 1st consultation about 3 weeks ago & decided then I wanted it. Since then I have been reading reviews on here and honestly was scared. I thought about canceling many times due to what I was reading. So today was my procedure. I got there around 9am and was prepped for my procedure. The nurse Lilly I think that is her name (I'll find out) was very positive and helpful answering all my questions. So around 10am I was on the table ready to go. I did not take the atavan(spell check) prescribed for anxiety. The procedure wasnt bad at all. I do have a high pain tolerance. The worse part was the needles (the 1st step) but after that everything was cool. I was awake the whole. We talked about everything from Christmas to vacations. They made sure I was ok the whole time(pain & blood pressure). The procedure was done around 12:30pm they got me padded and in my garment and I sat eating my snacks(told to bring) waiting for my ride. I felt fine after and went and got my prescription filled and got lunch (tuna sandwich) I went home and took a nap. I woke up at about 8:30pm. I leaked a little bit but it didnt go through the pads. I was a little dizzy and needed help standing up but actually felt find enough that I dont need any meds. The time I'd now 9:30pm and I'm just laying down. My daughter is making tacos so I'll eat that and take my antibiotic. I didnt expect it to go this well from all the reviews. Tomorrow is my follow up and I take the garment off for the 1st time. I'm excited. I'll post before and after pics tomorrow.
