Having Small Bumps All over my Face, One Month Post Mesotherapy in Hebe International, China

I went for a skin boosters injection treatment In China, I had it done in a skin care shop instead of a clinic because it is very common in China. This might be the biggest mistake I had, I found that they do not have any license for medical injection. Right after the treatment, my face was red and swelling, they told me it is normal and the swelling will go away after a few days. At next day my face is still red with some small bumps all over on the injection area. I text them on we chat and they told me that it is like that after mesotherapy, and the bumps will be gone after a few days. However, it’s been months after the injection, and these bumps are still all over my face. Not sure what is the reason, they inject some mixed cocktail of skin boosters on my face, they claimed that it is their Hebe international stem cell treatment. They claimed that the stem cell is made from human cord blood and it can provide kin renewal after injection. However I don’t see any result free but keep having these bumps on the injection area. Does anyone know what is the reason for this? Is this because of the wrong depth they inject? Or is it because of the unknown product that they inject? They are not doctor or nurse, they use a machine gun to perform the mesotherapy treatment on me. This place is a skin care shop in China, they also claimed that they are hebe???????which means they are medical spa, but I found out that they are only skin care salon, they can not perform injection for clients. i know I should have done it in a clinic. This is the biggest regret I had, I hope the bumps will go away later on.
