Losing steadily

Just a quick update. I pretty well ate whatever I wanted over the Thanksgiving holiday and in sleeveland that isn't much, lol! I had a couple of slices of pumpkin pie aka tiny slivers but hey its all about moderation right? Enjoyed the holiday and didn't feel deprived. :)

Y'all have a great day!!

3 days shy of the 8 week mark

I am almost at the 2 month post surgery mark. I have lost right at 40 pounds. Is this going fast enough? I got the impression from the physician's assistant that I'm not losing fast enough.
Any input on this?

Need some advice

Ok guys. I am hungry. I mean really hungry. I just had an egg around 9:30am. Should I really be hungry already??? I am not making my protein. I guess I am going to have to do protein shakes to get all the protein I am supposed to have. I tried the chocolate premier ready made shakes my dr said everyone loves. Yuck yuck yuck!!! I am going to try to take them back to Sam's and swap them out for vanilla. I think I will throw the vanilla shake in the blender with a little frozen fruit and maybe that will be better. What do y'all think? Any suggestions?
