So surgery about 3 months and down 55lbs. Was size 18/20 now can wear size 14. Still have big belly I hope it improves. Guess I need personal trainer. Walking is not enough. I have kept to the diet that is suggested except had some beer.

You look just beautiful in your new body!! You will be at your desired weight before you know it. Just keep eating healthy and try mixing your walking with a little cardio. Looking forward to your next update.
Good luck!!

So it’s almost 2 months and today I hit 199. Starting weight 242. So excited. I did loose my husband 2 weeks ago to cancer. But I promised him and myself that I would get healthy. I walk my 2 dogs daily for exercise wish I was motivated to do more, but issue is low back pain. One of my motivations to get surgery but 42 lbs down pain is same.

So happy for you on the weight loss. You look fantastic! I'm sorry about your husband. I can't even imagine..... Being in control of your health will at least help with everything you can't control. The exercise endorphins will help too! Sending positive thoughts and prayers for healing, body and mind!

CONGRATS on the weight loss, keep it up! So sorry for your loss though, I can't imagine how difficult that must be.
