Today I started my weight loss journey I went for my consultation and was approve for the surgery it will take place in April. Monday January 21 2019 I will start with my nutritionist.I’m a little nervous just but I feel positive about this surgery and it will bring joy to my life and kids

The struggle
So today I weight in at 230 my BMI is 39 I was 281 and then with diet and exercise I’m stuck at 230 my diabetes has not change???? my doctor up
My meds from 500mg to 1000 mg ughhh I got
My appointments all scheduled for my surgery
