Be prepared for the pain when they remove the drain tube! I honestly was in tears, fortunately it just last a few seconds, after that nothing more than a mild discomfort, I did not have any pain in my shoulders or chest due the gass.

A few pics for a quick update, I'm down 30 pounds since I started this jurney, just 12 pounds after sx, I was losing a pound per day and then a week ago stopped, I think is because I'm not drinking enough water...

45 years old, tired to be overweight for 15 years
Researching at realself for a few years, I finally took the decision to go ahead with this process, my weight it has been a series of ups and downs for 15 years. I've loss 20 lbs in 5 months and gained back in just 3. So here I am...now I'm in the preOp diet I've loss 7 lbs already. I'll post pictures of what I'm doing to give you a better idea of how I'm preparing for my journey.

When is your procedure ? I'm going to dr Lopez this April !
I'm sorry I've so busy, to many things happen in my life after SX, I got married, we bought a house, now we're still unpacking things, anyway, I had my Sx on march 14, let me tell you at this point I do not have any regret, still struggling with the water intake, I think that's why I just have lost 12 pounds after SX, but it feels so good, some times I feel lack of energy, I think is because I'm not drinkin enough water.
I'm still eating puree I'm so scared to eat regular food, because 2 days ago I ate a bite of a grilled chicken breast and It got stock in my throat, I had like a panic attack thinking I will shock, so I just put my finger in my throat and vomited.
